A delicate tart shell filled with a frangipane made from hazelnuts and walnuts. A thin layer of mango jam adds brightness, followed by an arrangement of fresh seasonal fruit. In the summer these might be strawberries, cherries, and nectarine such as in the images. This varies depending on the season.
