Who and What is Marmelle?
Marmelle is a small, independent, family-run business born out of love for creativity, quality, and a passion for baking. We don’t operate from a café or storefront, instead, we work from our own home kitchen, where every product is carefully prepared in a space that prioritizes care over scale. While we don’t offer dine-in options, you’re always welcome to place an order for pickup or enjoy our shippable items from the comfort of your home.
Marmelle is run by a mother-and-daughter duo. The daughter is the heart and driving force behind the business, because she has developed every recipe from scratch and continues to refine each one with precision, passion, and persistence. She has been baking since the age of 5 and has made it her life goal to master the art of baking. From flavors to textures, every detail is tested, tasted, and tweaked until it feels just right. The mother plays an essential role in making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly, especially focusing on our selection of shippable goods and helping manage the flow of our growing business.
All of our recipes are first tested with our family, our most honest critics. Every treat goes through rounds of tasting, feedback, and improvement before it ever reaches our customers. That process has helped us build a collection that reflects years of dedication and joy.
We may be small, but we care deeply about what we do. We’re building Marmelle with the intention of keeping it personal, high-quality, and full of heart.
