Handpicked from our own garden tree at the height of ripeness, our plum jam captures the feeling of late summer with every spoonful. We do not use any pesticides for our fruits. Each batch is simmered gently with just enough sugar to balance the fruit’s natural tartness, a sprinkle of cinnamon for warmth, and a splash of red wine to deepen the flavour. The result is a rich, tangy-sweet jam with a hint of spice, perfect for spreading over fresh bread, pairing with cheese, or enjoying straight from the jar. There’s only a small batch that we can make during the summer time when the tree carries fruit.
